We are an on the go restaurant. We cook homemade vegan plates rooted in our afro caribbean essence.

This story began many years ago when I was 9 years old; my mother finally invited me into her kitchen and put me in my very first apron.

The ingredients in front of me: rice, beans and parsley… now it was up to me and my hands to make some magic. It was my turn to feed my family.

It’s clear to me, I’ve inherited my Grandmother’s gifts. She was the neighborhood's cook, feeding not only her family, but the entire community. Her legacy continued with my mother and her magical stews.

I’ve witnessed my mother, inspired by my grandmother’s recipes, preparing delicious dishes that nurtured my family’s body and soul. Recipes that made it into the restaurant she worked at as a cook for many years.

This culinary legacy that has been passed on from one generation to the next, has become my most precious treasure. The kitchen is my sacred space, my sanctuary. This work fills me with pride. I’m the only one of my sisters who’s decided to carry this legacy on.
